Registration Fee: P3,500/person for one module

  1. You may deposit your registration fee at any BPI branch. Account details are:

    Account Name: Alaska Milk Corporation
    Account Number: 3211 0812 94

    Fax the duplicate deposit slip with your name and phone number at 894-4929 or scan then email to cmkanapi@alaskamilk.com.ph
